Imbi Plaza

Imbi Plaza is located beside Sungei Wang Plaza and is facing Jalan Imbi and Imbi Monorail Station. It has been well-known for a period of time in the past because it was the most popular complex that selling IT stuffs. Since the existing of Low Yat Plaza, which is currently the biggest IT shopping centre in Malaysia, Imbi Plaza turned into a bleak. There are still people shopping in Imbi Plaza but not as much as a normal shopping complex. People who going there mostly looking for the cheaper stuffs, especially gaming consoles such as PS3, Nintendo Wii and Xbox 360. So, let’s see what it has in the complex.

Features and Highlights

The structure of Imbi Plaza consists of only 3 levels (LG, G and L1). The size of each level is very small. You can skim all the shops very fast.
Below is a brief summary of products that selling in Imbi Plaza:
- Gaming Consoles
- Games (for PC and all gaming consoles)
- Computer Hardware and Software

Items’ Price Range

I would say the shops here offer the most reasonable price for gaming stuffs. However, the prices of computer stuffs are not much different from other complexes such as Low Yat Plaza. Sometimes Low yat plaza do offers the cheaper computer stuffs compare to Imbi Plaza. As usual, please do walk around and check for the prices before purchasing anything. Editor’s Opinions:

I bought my Play Station 2, Nintendo Wii and Play Station 3 from the shops in Imbi Plaza because they offer cheaper price compare to other places. I also went there to buy games. They have almost all the latest games. I would say Imbi Plaza is the best gaming shopping complex in Kuala Lumpur. If you are looking for any gaming stuffs, do visit Imbi Plaza. Before purchasing any stuffs, do walk around and ask for the best price from all the shops. Don’t be hesitate to negotiate for cheaper price, believe me, sometimes it works.
